These terms govern the website design and development services provided by Sites by Jay to its clients.
Services
Services are delivered as described in the Services section of this website and as agreed during consultation. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of each project are confirmed before work begins.
The Process
- Consultation — The client’s business, services, goals, and website requirements are discussed.
- Design & Build — The website is designed and developed according to the agreed project scope.
- Review — The client reviews the website and requests any agreed-upon revisions.
- Launch — The completed website is connected to the client’s domain and launched.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds agreed during consultation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities
- The client should provide accurate information and content needed for the project
- The client should supply access to accounts or platforms where required for launch
- The client should respond to review requests in a timely manner
Fees & Payment
Project fees, payment schedule, and accepted methods are confirmed before work begins. Work begins once the agreed terms are accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Sites by Jay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a delivered website. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
